Spawning doors, vendors, deco

How do I spawn all of the general stuff for my shard?
Is there a file I can download for all of this?

Forgive me for the upcoming RunUO references, its what I have worked with for the past 2 years and what I know.
How do I place a spawn bit. Like in runuo, I can place down a spawner (usually an item graphic that represents it) edit it for whatever monster, creature, npc, or other items that I want to spawn there.
