Hey guys, Ive uploaded the core development release at revision 519 (compiled 25/2/12) and the distro development release at revision 2129. originally this was just gonna be for me because its such a risky thing to put into use, but i also noticed how much trouble i had even learning how to compile it all so i thought i would release it.
WARNING: this is a LIVE development release. Adding these files into your shard/distro could cause many potential unseen errors/problems. Use these files at your own risk, as i take absolutely no responsibility in any damages this could possible cause your shard. This should be used for reference/testing only. i recommend you use the official beta release of 99.

I take no ownership in these files. the only work i have done is compressing them and compiling them using visual studio 2008 express.
