I'm not sure how many (if any) former WoD players frequent these forums, but I wanted to let folks know that I've been working on restoring the website and putting the shard back online. Drocket still has a copy of the old forum DB (which may or may not be salvageable) and I have a saved snapshot of shard before it went offline in Sept 2004. This is mostly for the purposes of nostalgia and not really an attempt to "bring back WoD as an active shard." If you miss WoD like I do, you're invited to stop by and say "hi".

Seven years is long time, and a lot of things change, but it's good to see that POL development has continued throughout. Best wishes to everyone.
