I have created a new custom map map2....
I have clean map2.mul staics2.mul staidx2.mul
and items.txt...

How can I create new files map2.mul staics2.mul staidx2.mul?

What software is available?

WORDFORGE take:
map2.mul staics2.mul staidx2.mul items.txt
and make new:
map2.mul staics2.mul staidx2.mul
?

I thinked it was used to edit map files mapN.mul...

To create a complete new custom map -no matter which number- you could use UO Landscaper.
