You were muttering about removing the nocast thingy in regions.cfg

Just thought I'd let you know that it still has an effect in the 096 core. If you are planning on doing this, please announce it in a bigger font so I notice - I still use it.

Discussed it with Madman. We will be leaving it alone. Knowing most people, there is a lot using it that never mention it. So we plan on keeping them quiet and happy
