I need help the summon animations

Post by ELSoft »

My problem is when I summon for ej. an energy vortex I want to put an animation of his creation ( the animation Elemental (air) -->Misc (cast, breather fire, etc..) that shows InsideUO ) but i don't know how.

I saw this summon animation in a server, but only with the elemental summons ( fire, water , air and earth).

I currently use the core and distro of 96 with a lot of things of 97. The server that i saw, use 95 with some own scripts.

Any idea?

That last sentence doesn't make sense to me. How do you use the 096 core with 097 features?

I'm afraid I don't understand what you are trying to do. You said:

but I can't find in Inside UO a "creation" animation in the list of animations for the elementals you mentioned. I know with summon creature animation there is a "smoke" effect that precedes the summoning of the creature and also gets played when the creature vanishes. Is that what you want to do?

I tried several things but I couldn't get that animation to display. Maybe someone else who is better at this than I can do better.

You have to use PerformAction(critter,0x0C).
