I downloaded the latest release which is the "official pol97" from the downloads section and the latest core. When I started looking around I noticed that the npcdesc.cfg was empty. Are we storing npcs' in "pkg/mobiles" now?

If it's Austin's 097 distro, then look inside pkg\mobiles\brainAI\config
