I am not aware of any place you can go and just download a whole server, ready to run without any work. Not trying to be a smarta$$ here, but if that's what you want, why not just play on someone else's shard?
Why don't you just go to the downloads section, and just start working with POL from there? You aren't going to get a 'plug and play' POL shard; It's going to take work and learning to get it running.
You've been here a couple weeks now, basically just asking over and again how to "get stuff", wanting people to send you files to just 'fix' things, and put your shard together for you. I'm sorry - but it simply does not work like that. This is not like firing up some RTS or FPS game in 'Server' mode and just telling your friends to connect to you and then just go play; There's a lot of effort in configuration, setup and scripting to get a POL shard running, and it does not seem as though you have done, nor are willing to learn how to do, any of that.

Well, I think what Neo is looking for is just something to install and run to play with and build off of and learn to script from which would be a finished distro. But the problem is, its kinda the wrong time since the last finished one there is (095) is just too old to keep support for and we're a bit away from having a new finished one (097).
