Poi... not sure what happened... did you edit your post? Please do not do that - people need to be able to search and find answers to their questions here; When you ask a question and figure out the answer, people need to be able to later search for that information, and see it here. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess what your problem was, though, based on what little you've left: In the 'mining caves' in the mountains, on POL 095, people cannot place items on the ground. This is fixed in 096, and it is due to POL not giving line-of-sight to/from anything that is below the map, regardless of whether there are statics involved (the 'ground' in the caves is done with static tiles, while the map is actually the mountains above, as you can easily verify through a map editor).
As already noted, 096 fixes this issue.
