EnableFlowControlPackets option

Hi guys, a few questions about the EnableFlowControlPackets option in uoclient.cfg:
- turning it off make the client smoother or laggier?
- why if I set it to 1 the last client that is able to login is 400c version? It was a feature supported only on older clients?
- how do you set it on your shards?

FlowControl packets enable clients Start/Pause packets ( cant remember which one of them was removed with clientversion > 4.0.0c ), so newer clients will not work when this option is enabled.

These packets made the boat movement smooth with old clients
