Creating shard with POL Distro 099 - Error(s)

Hey! I'm new in here POL Distro and shard-making. First, I have downloaded "POL Distro 099" for Windows from here: http://downloads.polserver.com/.

Then I follow the quide, which come with the download. I was named "README" and it included "How to create your own shard by Kirin 2006, modifications for POL Distro099 by Edwards 2011".

I am in Step 3. I have launched StartHere.bat and started to encompile .src files. When it's done, bat says:
"Compilation Summary:
Compiled 1227 scripts in 107038 ms.
14 of those had errors."

Can someone help me? I can give more information, if this is not enough. My server don't work and I think the problem is here.
