So close but - Verifying Account / Login

Hi Everyone
Have been trying to get a POL099 core set up and I have a basic on running, however the only problem is, that I cannot log into the game at all, even under admin.

Im wondering if I need to create an admin account or what I am doing wrong.

I am trying to login using all sorts, Razor, ConnectUO even just the basic login.cfg - I have UO Version 7.0.8.2 (Patch 27)

I have even tried with my server.cfg files.

Thanks for your time with this, getting a bit frustrating.
