And when im going to this place with minimap on i have client crash? any idea how to fix this?

Try the static fix program from the Pol Tools area:

If that don't solve your problem, you could also remove these items
by hand with UOSIR (UO Static Item Remover) because you have
the coordinates.

i have tryed UO:SIR but nothing... in other hand Static fix works perfectly thx ;]
