Uhm, how would i fix this, there is no file called statidx.dat, where do i get it or what did i do wrong?

make sure you run all necessary commands again through uoconvert. All of the ones needed are in uoconvert.txt

I had this error when I occasionally started and abborted uoconvert.exe in progress. Make sure it finishes its work before running POL next time.
