Hi, i'm trying to make all water tiles navigable.
I suppose that i have to turn ON the option "Wet" on the tiledata tab, but i found some water tiles already with "Wet" ON, but they are not navigable. Can anyone help me?

What is Z level of the tiles on your map? From what I know boats work only on Z = -5.
