Update: Bug fix for the Distro.

The Distro has been updated to fix a bug I found while working on adding more functionality. The bug was that no combat skills were gaining. Te bug has been fixed and an updated copy of the Distro can be found on the Downloads page.

15-Oct-2017 Yukiko Fixed All combat skills not gaining. The problem was in the syshook.cfg definition in attributes pkg. It was missing the package name :combathook: in the definitions for newCombat.ecl and newParry.ecl.
