Missing script documentation in scripttypes.htm

This needs to be added to the script docs:

params are (mobile, item)
usefull for removing meditation stuff and such in 1 place instead of every script.
Note: this script will not be attached to the mobile and will run before any usescript.
plus a few other things i found.
