Ok i wanna wipe all house and item inside house in my world... i clean multis.txt ok but if i clean items.txt all my doors and signs are remove and monsters spawning points too i think.... someone can help me..

Write your own script which will scan your world for multis, remove items inside houses, and remove multis. Maybe kill npcs too
