Nothing is really different at all between 2D and 3D. Just log in.

You go to
http://stud1.tuwien.ac.at/~e9425109/UO_RICE.htm and download UO Rice. You place it in your UO directory and run it. Itll copy your current client files and make new ones with "no_encryption" in the names.
In your pol.cfg or uoclient.cfg, which ever youve set your shard up to use, set the encryption to "none"

"No_Crypt_Client" will be in the names of the clients after UORice does its thing. Other than that, just as Shinigami said, any version of 3D client is supported as long as its run through UORice.

Supposedly, pol 096 operates client 3d without problems but there's a small difference: a player playing on version 3d (without using any programs) is faster than player which is using 2d version - it has been checked many times and in many ways. Is there some possibility to block this ?

You want to block a 3d client logging on because it's faster?

he means faster in the fact that it technically speedhacks.
