Just something I had already posted on the (now gone) Design Theory forum.

It would be VERY useful to have a test suite of some kind for the distro scripts. I mean, some scripts/package or external tool which runs Escript scripted tests and check results, as it is done in the Agile programming methodology.
It would surely have saved me countless hours of bugfixing!

What do you think?

Agile Programming is not often used yet (compared to the waterfall methodology), so I can't imagine the majority of this community being used to that methodology and creating a Agile Programming based test suite.
