ItemRef hp member rollover fix

Fixes an old bug when .hp member rolls over for negative values as referred by RusseL:

Another option to this could be to change that hp to signed short instead of unsigned and let people use negative values for it aswell.
But not sure if it would be usefull or not, have to look into these patches as soon as I have time
