Hi... I'm new to running my own server and I'm not even sure I'm posting in the right forums (sorry moderators) but I need some help. I have downloaded UOFiddler, which after doing a search here on the forums I realized the program is common. Anyway, in UOFiddler under the LandTiles tab, they have a bunch of tiles that don't really have an "itemID". How do I place these tiles in Ultima Online?

Should I be using another program? I've tried InsideUO, Pandora's Box, & UOFiddler. I'm trying to place the grass, dirt, and sand tiles that are edges along roads etc.

I'm not sure to have understood exactly what you want to accomplish. I'll start anyway, if you have not already done it, by reading a tutorial on the UO files format. Here's one of my favorites: http://sorea.profitux.cz/patching/

I did a quick click through some of the land tiles but couldn't find any without ID numbers. Many of them don't have any flags but that's to be assumed. Could you list some of those without ID numbers? Are they after or before a tile with a number that you can use as a reference so we can find them? If not take a screen shot of UO Fiddler showing a tile with a missing ID number and post it.

I'm curious which map editor you are using to edit your map?
