Is it possible to give the S and/or A MoveMode abilities to Player Characters? My original idea was for staff level PCs only but it might be interesting if those were an option for regular characters as well. They'd be useful as religious rite or spell effects.

Remember in many cases the client will restrict this also so it wouldn't matter what the server is saying.

I think the only way you can enable movemode S for players is when riding the seahorse ( the core doesnt accept this yet )
movemode A cant be enabled because the client restricts it only movemode F for Gargoyles is possible

Yeah CWO after I posted I got to thinking it might be a client issue. I was hoping that since NPCs could be set to MoveMode S that maybe just maybe PCs could too.

Thanks Tomi. I wasn't even aware there was a seahorse. So much has been added it's hard to keep up. I assume F is for "Fire". I hadn't even thought about that.

F is for Gargoyle Flying

Oh. I thought "A" was for Air as in flying through the air. Did that get deprecated? Well, no matter.

F is GARGOYLE flying, for player gargoyles, it's much more restrictive than A, you could almost say it's a "glorified land movement" with a couple of exclusive tiles you can hover over. A is still Aerial movement for NPCs.

I'll still wish for 'S' and 'A' MoveMode options for PCs though. Maybe some day the client will allow them.
