Are there any built in compiling tools? Maybe you could consider doing something like that!

I have a two questions...
First, why it is installing in a very weird location, and even don't ask where?
And, can you translate it to english? It's not easy to understant german language.

Why do you need the source code, if you need somethink you would like to see in this editor---> post it.
