Will the new official (099) binaries ever come out? Is it safe to host a server on the latest SVN?

It is for me. I'm using it since atleast 1 month and a half. Nothing wrong with it on my side

I asked Turley about where the 099 core is the other day. He plans to add more network optimization code to it - and so I went and added changes to how merchant NPCs can work, as well as item.SplitStackAt() and item.SplitStackIn() methods - So we gotta see all the exciting ways those can cause problems
