I can not connect to server because of this error.

You are missing multis.cfg
You need to convert multis.cfg, tiles.cfg and landtiles.cfg with UOConvert or use the StartHere.bat or PolLaunch.exe to do it for you.

still same error , no .ecl file means some your script not compiled.
