Few Suggestions/Features request ( feature tracker disable )

1: If no spells.cfg in ::config pol will crash on startup even if spells.cfg is called in another package.
2: If CanInsert returns 0 it says "You cannot insert that item into the container". Maybe returning only an error instead of a SysMessage.
3: If you set item.usescript with a script that doesnt exist pol will crash. Maybe just returning an error will be good
4: Core cant read MethodScripts/WalkonScripts if packaged elsewhere. But it has been fixed with the fix and release. Good work.
5: Since the buy/sell system of POL is hidden to us maybe something like MinCmdLevelBuyingFree=cmdlevel in pol.cfg would be great
