Original OSI type shard?

Hello everyone.

I am new to POL and haven't been involved in the UO emulation scene in years. In the past I ran a Sphere shard and we began tinkering with RunUO. What I'd like to ask about POL is this.

Is it possible to run a shard that emulates OSI UO from the time of the initial release, before any of the add-ons or major changes to the real servers by EA?

If it is possible, is there a publically available worldfile that has all the spawns, decorations and other important pieces for the original world as it was in say 1997 or so?

I am planning on running a shard for myself and friends. I will probably open it up to the public as well. I'm hoping to ruun a server based on the early UO shards.

It is entirely possible, however I do not know anyone with public script-bases that are currently running that shard model.
