Hey, I want to pick someone's brain here. Is there a way to setup my linksys router or setup my server to block webcams on the network incoming or outgoing. I also want the ability to implement parental controls.

A webcam can send a video stream via various ports, depending on the software used.
Could you give a little more information about what exactly you need to do? Parental control over web sites?

Depending on your router, go check out the following kickass website and custom firmware (I use it for all sorts of stuff). If your router is supported, check out it's wiki, not much you CAN'T do with it.
