PKG Against SpeedHack

This is a small package against SpeedHack 3rd party. This has been sent to me by one of my players and I'm giving him the credits with his aknowlegment. Be aware of this it could be laggy with 1000 players online but using a good computer and a playerbase of 150 it shouldn't be a problem...

Your suggestions are appreciated.

Update:

- New code with translation
- Just don't forget to add a property "#Teleported" when a mobile is teleported
- You can add the one week timer check to any player via the commands
- You can list all characters with the property and remove it if you want
- Just thinking about it: would be great if you check if mobile is on a boat... Actually it does not.

It's not a lot but that could be useful.

Is it too much asked if the comments were translated into English?

That would make the scripts easier to understand.

Does this check to make sure the player didn't teleport via spell/gate?

I tested it on a live shard and I were disconnected using SpeedGear and I were able to teleport/recall without problems using normal client. It is functionnal. 8)

I just revised the code and there is a check.

Maybe it's time for pol to "simply" look at the move packets functions and fix it... A suggestion.
