How to disable [frozen] tag ?

Use mob.paralyzed instead of frozen and it wont show. I don't think there's any other difference.

I didn`t feel the difference... for a while... but lately my players reported getting criminal flag while mobile is parayzed and recived dmg, when i switched paralyzed back to frozen all is ok
