An issue with the 0x20 Flag of UOFeatureEnable seems to be resolved now (to be released after 3-17 core). The bug causes AOS tooltips to not be sent to the client if you mix features with the 0x20 Tooltip byte.

For example, using 0x28 to enable tooltips PLUS enable Context Menus, will cause context ability to be unlocked in client and tooltips, but the core would not send the tooltips. This should be fixed in future cores.

Hmm, the core doesn't send tooltips if you've got 0x28 only on AOS, on ML version of client everything's ok... But I still use AOS when I'm testing my shard, so I will wait for fix ;]
