Download the latest core.
Read uoconvert.txt.
Read core-changes.txt.

conversion is also a very long and hard process thats not just for any scripter. There are a lot of things to go over in changes.txt that you have to take into consideration on your shard. Also, some things just dont seem to act the same on 096 as they did on 095.
