.startlog/.stoplog extension

If it is possible, it would be great if one could add an account name as extension for these commands. As default it is your own client as it is right now and if you give an account name it logs the server/client packets on that given account.

e.g. .startlog john.smith

Not a bad request, and multiple uses for it really imo.

Will keep this one on the consider list.
