Making an account gm/changing char name

Hi all, I was wondering some things:

-How can I make an account GameMaster or atleast Counselor

-Can I change character names

-Can I just remove an account

If U using Distro pack of scripts
To set someone a Game master
.setcmdlevel (test\admin\gm\coun\)

for easyle rename u may use command .info

may be i forget something , i think there is no command in distro to remove account
