Important updates to the Distro.

I made some important updates, bug fixes, to the Modern Distro. Mostly fixing a bug when moving or creating objects in "off-map" (locations where players will not see) areas. Some scripts assumed the map to be Felucca (realm britannia) or Trammel (realm britannia_alt). The locations chosen in those scripts were outside the dimensions of the other facets and thus caused issues.
