How uofiddler works?

Hi guys, for a knowledge reason, can anyone tell me how uofiddler works? How it can read and edit the .mul files? Have anyone disassembled a .mul file? Thanks

I think Turley uses a library that is able to read the various file formats. The source code for UO Fiddler is available in the "Distro" SVN repository. For information on how to download the repository you can read this link.

Here is a link to Heptzane's post on UO Stratics that looks at the various file formats of the classic UO clients.
