I need help with multis.cfg

if it's not - delete tiles.cfg landtiles.cfg and multis.cfg, make sure that maxtileid, maxobjtype, and HSAFormat are correct and reconvert configs.

With all of the helpful advice I have been getting, you think I would get this going by now. But not yet. I learned there was a learning curve to runuo, but I am starting to get that "I should have gotten a kid to do this for me" feeling again.

as i said, your first entry in tiles.cfg must be 0x1, your config is corrupt.
You should set in pol_dir/uoconvert.cfg

Ah, you use version from site? Then... It's not compatible with newer clients as i remember.
You should download and build version from svn, there are over 300 fixes and patches:-)
