Questions abaut the first steps with POL Server beginners

I have beginn some days ago with make a Pol Server. The POL server is running. I can reach him with the client. I can walk around with the Admin and tell , but no more.
Which steps are the following, now?
Which I must do?


What must one do, so that one can add accounts, Player properties? For example, str dex int and Skills the Player would like have. I habe problems with "Web account maker ist disabled.".

Can you help me? My Server is running Local 127.0.0.1 at first.

I'd try http://docs.polserver.com/pol095/escriptguide.html. It's rather useful even if you are an adept in programing to learn the basics about escript.
