Changing the limit of str / int / dex

How am i able to change the limit of str / int / dex from being 100 to say 125? and change the gain rate for the stats as well

Which scriptbase are you using (examples; converted 0,95 Distro, World of Dreams, Zulu, etc.)? That's as or more important to know in order to answer your question than POL Core version.
