default 095 skill and stat cap?

Whats the default skill and stat cap for 095 and where do i change it? Sorry i ment to place in general help, didnt know i clicked this.. i was tired

wrong forum man... but its 100 for skills and 100 for stats with 7000 total for skills and im not sure about stats maybe 300??

You'll find the aggregate totals in the script AttributeCore.src in \POL\pkg\foundations\hooks
