login spam

I recently noticed that someone is tryilng to spam my server with frequent login attempts

it looks like this:

Client disconnected from 83.25.13.74 (13 connections)
Client disconnected from 83.25.13.74 (12 connections)
Client connected from 83.25.13.74 (13 connections)

constantly flooding console.

Since he's using dynamic IP (infamous polish Neostrada) i cannot solve the problem by banning his ip, cuz he'll just reset his internet connection and get another one.

I know there is a program called ''dog firewall snifer ip'' that could instantly ban the player of your shard and thus stop flooding your POL console with connection requests !!

Are you sure this is a person trying to spam with connections or could it possibly be a stuck relogging macro. I get that quite a bit on my shard but in all of the cases I've investigated, it was someone who got disconnected while a macro was running and somehow the macro screwed up logging back into the shard which sent it into a repeat of the same action.
