Delay Handling

This is a package with a single include file, this include files contains functions for handling delays.

You can learn how to use it by reading the documentation (.txt file) which comes with it.

it's a .tar file, you can extract that archive with winrar and 7zip if you're on windows. On unix-linux you probably know how to extract that with tar command.
