I have created Windows POL installers for the combined Core and Distro for testing. I think they do the installing of the files just fine. What I am delegating to you is, after running the installer, to test the actual configuration of the server. This includes running 'starthere' and doing all the copying of files and realmgen stuff, running eCompile on the scripts and checking servers.cfg for the login info. It is currently set to 127.0.0.1 port 2593. Change it if you need to. Then launch POL and verify that you can log-in and create your admin character.
