Repo update - New Mount

Thanks to ThisIsMe for the info on palomino.
Added the palomino to the Distro-Alt repo npcdesc.cfg file and tamed AI script. Added palomino to the horse npcdesc.cfg file and to mounts.cfg on the "distro" repo.
