As I am a foreigner to POL platform, what does packethook stands for? Is it a script that shard owners should install to
support uog packet? Can you explain it please, because I am totally unfamiliar with POL.

If you look in the same directory as pol.exe, you will find the file packethooks.txt. This will explain in detail what packethooks are, how to use them, and how to make them.

Now, far as the UOG packethook, you can find a copy of it here on the forums under Custom Script Releases. I uploaded shini's packethook that he wrote for it.
