These are the source files of NLR95. A project that has been worked on for 11 years.
We couldn't let the source code go to waste because we ended the 11 years of great fun. (http://www.neverlandsreborn.org).

So we decided to "opensource" the code. :grouphug:

Thanks to all the developers that have been working on this for 11 years.

Was wondering is there any support offered for this?

I am able to log in and walk around etc.. but if i do somethings like commands my account gets auto banned. e.g if i type .info ill get kicked off and try logging back in and get a window saying i have been banned etc.. i went in to data/accounts.txt and changed where it said "banned 1" to "banned 0" and same thing happens if i do some text commands or try putting on a robe.

I have even tried making another account but the exact same happens for him to.

I was looking through the scripts and in the pkg/commands i saw "bannedips.cfg" and open it to find my local host ip in there. So i cleared it and yet it still happens. I try doing ".createstack goldcoin 60000" i get banned, i try ".go", ".info" or make a gm robe and try to quip it, i get banned.

look at the .addacct command. (pkg/commands/txtcmd/admin)
Every staff needs to be added. To prevent the old cmd bug.

does anybody know the command or how to get the dungeon teleporters working ive found all the files but just cant get them to work.
any help would be really appreciated.

I tried all possible ways but whenever I go to compile the scripts and the ecompiler closes in. does not open.
please anyone have any solution?

Extract that .rar file to your POL directory (where pol.exe is) then run the file.

I am new to using Pol, and am trying to setup a pol95 server with the NLR95 content. But i run into one problem after another.
First skill/Cooking and item/drinkin are conflicting.

next there are some include's that are dislocated.
and then after having hade some of those problems it shutsdown with the following comment:
data/npcequip.txt:....Server Shutdown: reading data
Execution aborted due to: Objtype not defined: 0x6300
Assertion Failed: contents_.empty(), containr.cpp, line 42
Aborting due to assertion failure.
nowe i think im doing somthing wrong here i cant emagine this is howe it is supposed to work.
what i do is setup pol 95 full compile and then simple coppy the NLR95 source.

what am i doing wrong?
could some one give me a simple howe to?
like download this, extract there, copy this to there.

Only way i found i was able to get NLR95 working was by just having 'accounts.txt & pol.txt' in the data folder and that's it. But by doing this, there will be no items placed in the realm e.g; doors, dungeon entrances and others

Arier May i ask what client u use? i downloaden Mondains legacy, downloaded that original Neverlands patch patched it changed back mi client.exe and connect using razor.

but nowe mi client freezes on connecting.
and if i dont change back mi client.exe razor wont work with the client.

using the original neverlands client and setting ClientEncryptionVersion to 2.0.0
i am nowe able to connect.

I use the nlreborn_client and in pol.cfg i edited 'ClientEncryptionVersion=ignition' to '2.0.0'

I can´t get my shard to work becouse its not compiling all the files, missing some ecl, and when i try to, the message i get is that some .inc file is missing...can someone upload again the files compiled or tell me what should i do?
Using the AltEcompile says that 105 files could not be compiled. :/

only way i was to compile all the scripts was adding in an extra compile file in the PKG folder and any other folder that wouldn't compile. It did the trick for me.

in notepad copy and paste this code

C:\Users\Neverlands\scripts\ecompile -a -b -r %1 > ecompile.txt
save it as "Ecompile.bat" with the "

Just be sure to change the "C:\Users\Neverlands\scripts\ecompile" to point to your ecompile in the scripts folder.

If you check the file witch states the error it wil look for the include in a certain location.
Use windows search (or search companion) to find the file its looking for and make it point in the right direction.
there should be a couple of those error's

Is there a way to fill up the shard a little quicker then to .createnpc eatch vendor and the dress them and to spawn all doors manualy?

any sollution would be great.

I've compiled this and it runs fine, however.. Any attempt at logging in and the client stops at "verifying account...", POL says "Undefined/unexpected message type 58" and also "Account: none", as if it isn't recognizing the account I'm trying to login with. I've had other people try to connect as well and it's the same issue. Any suggestions?

EDIT: Correction, it was just the client encryption.. :mrgreen:

There is an error when unzip that archive - "archive is damaged"
And it's don't unzip files in config/
spells
starteqp
startloc
teleporters
traveling
use_stuff
watch
wepndesc
xlate

Found a copy of this on an old external hd, doesn't appear to be corrupted.. I've tried compiling it, but ran into some errors, tried a number of things with no luck. Would anybody be able to compile this package and rezip it on this thread?

Not sure what the reason is, but when compiling the pkg scripts, starting from ai_brain, I'm getting errors in the location of include files and .em files(uo.em, os.em, etc), it won't read the .em's in the scripts folder, but if I make copies of them in the same folder as the script that's giving the error, it'll be fine. Do I have to direct it to "C:/POL/scripts/uo.em" rather than just "use uo;"? I've tried messing with the include locations and redirecting where the scripts look for them, and that's a solution for most errors but it's pretty time consuming.. Could anybody offer me some words of wisdom?
