New privilege

What about something that handle lightlevel. Like this privilege would make it always light and clear.

With packethooks you can, should you really need this.

Oh, let's not stop there.
What I WANT :cheesy: is a way for us to easily control the lightlevel on a per-player basis rather than the single function for players and one for the whole area.

My daynight.src file is getting pretty nasty these days as it tries to cope with different races having partial nightsight, dungeons special conditions etc. erk.
