UO Fiddler Won't Save Art Above 49150 - Bug

UO Fiddler "acts" like it saves art ID's above 49150, but the art doesn't actually save. Is this a bug, and does anyone have the fix?

I can confirm that, although it doesn't even save the items below 49150 on my setup. Version used is 4.6.

Anyone ever figure out a solution to this?
