I'd like to know if it's possible to edit the paperdolls, in a manner such that it would show other person's jewelry, in UoFiddler. If so, could someone point me a way?

Editing the gump itself would be extremely easy. Simply replace the default image with the one used to view your own avatar. As for making the jewelry sidebar show, that might be a scripting issue. Not sure.
